Whilst I’m out working I often take pictures of my location on my iPhone 6, which I then use for social media. I also use the phone like a sketch book, recording views as I’m wandering the city, filing them away for future shoots at dawn.  There’s a different atmosphere created by the smartphone, which sometimes feels more intimate, and the lower quality technical aspects of the camera, compared to the Nikon DSLR that I use, allows for some very intense colour.
